Billy and Nancy Greer, owners of Jing Ying Institute, are dedicated to preserving and sharing the philosophy, techniques, and traditions of Tian Shan Pai Gong Fu and Chen Family Tai Ji Quan. They adapt these ancient martial arts to modern times, helping students enhance their health, fitness, and quality of life in a fun, friendly, family-oriented environment while offering rigorous, high-level training and exclusive workshops with world-class instructors.

Jing Ying is a hub for renowned martial artists, including Chen ZhengLei, one of China’s top 10 contemporary martial arts masters, who has conducted multi-day workshops at the institute. They also have a close connection to GM Willy Lin, who introduced Tian Shan Pai Kung Fu to the U.S. in 1970.

Committed to community service, Jing Ying has organized numerous fundraisers supporting local charities, schools, and businesses, raising over $170,000 through efforts like Jing Ying’s annual silent auction, as well as in-kind donations.

Looking ahead, Billy and Nancy aim to continue providing top-tier traditional martial arts training, with a focus on self-defense, while maintaining strong community involvement.
