East Coast Summer Camp will be held July 12 – 15, 2024 in Maryland

Grand Master Chen will lead his instructor team to provide hands-on in-person intensive training to participants. There are three classes:

1. LaoJia YiLu or Old Frame One – detailed explanations of the postures and moves with hands-on intensive training. This 74-movement form provides the foundation of Chen Tai Chi and is the primary source of the 18 form. If you are new to Chen Tai Chi, this is the ideal starting point!

2. XinJia YiLu or New Frame One – detailed explanations by Grand Master Chen ZhengLei. This 83-movement form builds on the foundation of LaoJia YiLu and introduces more small circles, opening and closing of the chest, and fajin. This session will be great if you are new to XinJia as well as for veterans who need to verify the details. Prepare to be surprised by the fine details.

3. TuiShou or Push-hands – hands-on push-hands workshops to improve your push-hands skills. Great physical training. Prepare to sweat. Bring extra shirts and muscle pain balms.

4. YangSheng Gong - 18 Posture Form - Created by GM Chen ZhengLei, the 18 Posture form is designed to contain the essence of LaoJia YiLu in a shorter, faster to learn format. This workshop will focus on the 18 Posture Form, Silk Reeling Exercises, and other movements to promote the health benefits of Chen Tai Chi. If you are new to Chen Tai Chi, then this is a great place to start!

Tuition: $850 USD/person, plus $100 USD/person admin fee (including facility rental, group photos, certificates and uniform) Discounts: (on Tuition only - apply discount to tuition, then add $100 admin fee.)

2. 20% off if you register and pay for one summer camp prior to April 01, 2024

3. 20% off if you register and pay for both summer camps prior to May 01, 2024.

5. GM Chen’s disciples and GM Chen’s Designated training center head: extra $100 off

Special pricing for the YangSheng Gong workshop! Register before April 1 for a 20% discount (pay $400). Pay before May 1 and get a 10% discount (pay $450). After May 1, the price goes up to $500.
