Kung Fu Panda Premiere

Jing Ying Institute of Arnold, Maryland was on hand for the opening weekend of Kung Fu Panda at the Muvico Egyptian 24 Theater in Arundel Mills Mall. On Saturday, June 7, we had two performances for the crowds at the mall. We also did two short performances in front of the screen inside the theater for people seeing Kung Fu Panda.

We did a Lion Dance and showed animal styles of Kung Fu like Mantis, Monkey, Tiger and Crane. We also did weapons forms and two-person fighting sets. The crowd seemed to love our performance, our students loved performing and we all enjoyed seeing Kung Fu Panda. Everyone agreed that it was a great movie the whole family could enjoy.
