Kick-a-thon for St Jude Children's Hospital

Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi will hold a kick-a-thon to raise money for St Jude Children's Hospital. Participants will execute 500 kicks and we need sponsors. You can make a pledge per kick or donate a flat amount. Use the form below to make your contribution. We will use our discretion to assign your donation to a participant, or you can use the "comments" box to enter the name of the person you would like to get credit for your donation.
