Jing Ying

Qigong

Qigong is a combination of breathing and movement work.

This session will focus on  Da Mo's yi jin jing . It is the oldest form of qigong still practiced today. For martial artists it is an invaluable method for training the muscles and tendons, making them stronger. It is also the first step towards iron body training.

For qigong enthusiasts who are interested in Chinese breathing exercises for health, the
yi jin jing's ability to make the muscles and tendons stronger and reduce injuries is invaluable.

Now, you can also benefit from this ancient set of movements.

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for active movement.
